Privacy and Data Protection Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to Customers using the Websites, owned by SYSTEMIO SAS (hereinafter the “Company”).
SYSTEMIO, designated as Data Controller, is a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1000, whose office is located at 80 rue du Docteur Bauer, 93400 Saint-Ouen, France, registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 933 352 403.
The content of the Company’s Websites complies with applicable French and international laws.
These sites comply with this privacy policy. Respect for privacy and personal data is a priority for the Company. The Company undertakes to process this data in strict compliance with applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data, in particular the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Company processes all information concerning the Client with the strictest confidentiality.
As part of the provision of the Services, the Company directly or indirectly collects personal data concerning Clients for legitimate purposes mentioned in the Company’s internal procedures. The Company only collects information essential for the quality processing and proper monitoring of its Services.
Clients’ personal data is stored in accordance with legal provisions for the purpose of managing the business relationship. The storage and use of this data is used to establish, design, and execute the contractual relationship, provide Services, and invoicing for these Services.
The Client has the right to access, modify, rectify, limit, transfer, and delete their data at any time, in accordance with applicable regulations and laws.
The Client agrees to the transfer of their personal data by the Company to third parties, provided that this is necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship with the Client and/or for the collection of unpaid amounts by the Client. To the extent that this revocation makes it impossible for the Company to perform the contract, the latter shall have the right to terminate the Service contract at any time.
If personal data is transferred outside the European Union, the Company undertakes to have its partners sign the European Commission’s “standard contractual clauses.”
The Client consents to the Company, within the framework of their contractual relationship, the processing and transfer of the following data:
– Ionos and OVH
Data hosting within the European Union.
– Cookies including Google Search and Google Analytics
Your cookie preferences; your security settings; your network preferences; the language of our Websites; performance statistics for our Websites; and website visit statistics.
Cookies or similar technologies allow us to improve your user experience when you browse our website. You can delete them at any time via your internet browser menu.
– Google Calendar API
a- View, edit, share, and permanently delete all calendars you can access in Google Calendar.
b- Sharing your customer data, including name, phone number, email, and address. Sharing your repair data, including device category, type, and defects. Sharing data, including the date and time of your tasks and repairs.
c- We only collect and process the data necessary to use our service. When you connect your Google Calendar account to our application, we have access to the following information:
• Events in your calendar (title, description, date, time, location), which we do not store in our solution
• Calendar ID, which is saved in our solution to access your Google Calendar
d- The data collected is used exclusively for:
• Scheduling and synchronizing your Phonilab events in your Google Calendar
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
e- You can revoke our application’s access to your Google Calendar at any time via your Google Account security settings or through your account configuration in our management solution.
f- Compliance with the Google API Services Policy: Our application complies with Google’s “Google API Services User Data Policy,” including data privacy and security requirements.
– Twilio API and Nexmo API
SMS sender name, customer phone number, and date and SMS message.
– Ecosystem API and Ecologic API
Your repairer data, your customer data, the repair and repaired device data, as well as the nameplate, quote, PIEC certificate, and customer invoice.
– Mailgun API, Sendgrid API, and SMTP service provider
Your email address, your email configuration, as well as the date and content of the subject and body of the email sent.
– Stripe API
Your IP address, payment information, and customer data including email and phone number.
The Company also offers Clients the opportunity to receive promotional offers from its partners. The Client may opt out of receiving future newsletters, promotional offers, and special offers from its partners.
All information held by the Company about a Client must be stored in its system for 10 years after the termination of the contractual relationship and in compliance with regulations regarding the protection of personal data and tax archiving rules.
To exercise this right, the Client may submit a request to the Company by writing to: SYSTEMIO, Phonilab Customer Service, 80 rue du Dr. Bauer, 93400, Saint-Ouen. The Client is informed that they have the right to contact the CNIL directly for any dispute relating to personal data.
The Client, in turn, undertakes to comply with the regulations in force regarding the protection of third-party personal data when using the Company’s Services.
